Refunds & Returns
We hope you love your Terra & Light candle. If something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
Returns
If you change your mind, you can return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging.
To start a return, email us at support@terraandlight.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm the return address and next steps.
Return postage
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to process it.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

a photo of the outer packaging

We’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on items that have been used/burned or where the packaging is not in original condition.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.
