Why Terra & Light Exists

We believe the smallest rituals often have the greatest impact on how we feel.

The first coffee of the morning. Opening the windows. Lighting a candle while dinner cooks. Finally sitting down at the end of a long day.

Scent can make those everyday moments feel a little more meaningful.

That’s what each candle is created to do — enhance the ritual already there.

Meet the Founder

I started making candles over three years ago, originally as a hobby — but what began as curiosity quickly became something far more meaningful.

As I learned more about mass-produced candles and the ingredients often used within them, I found myself wanting to create something that felt more thoughtful. Candles that felt good to burn, beautiful to live with, and naturally part of everyday life.

That led to Terra & Light.

Every candle is hand-poured using GMO-free soy wax, cotton wicks, and carefully selected fragrance oils — chosen not only for how they smell, but for the atmosphere they create within a space.

For me, scent has always been tied to memory, comfort, and feeling. A slower evening. Fresh air through the house. A quiet moment at the end of the day.

Terra & Light was created to bring more of those moments into everyday life.

And this is me (alongside my fur baby Luna 🐾), finally stepping out from behind the scenes.
